Gamebreaking issues. need help. been ignored.

Ive been ignored on these forums for about a week now. im not the only one either. so many threads are just abandoned because they dont know what to do. how do i actually get in contact with someone that can help me? usually someone will ask if youve tried restarting your PC, and then never responds again. ive wasted so much money through EA and they dont even have the decency to help their customers. my problem is madden Online specific. but all the moderators care about is Ultimate team fixes (since thats where they make their money)
