Games and packs gone since switch to EA app

Since switching from Origin to the EA app all of my saved games and packs have disappeared and only the base game is in the app. 

I have all of my pack codes (purchased through CD Keys/Loaded) but obviously they say the codes have been redeemed when I go to redeem them again.

I've tried:

• Updating the game
• Repairing the game
• Clearing my cache

On my Mac the packs are all in a 'The Sims 4 Packs' folder together.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom or do I need to get in touch with EA directly?
