i have. 1st time i opened a ticket they closed it 2 days later with no response and it was marked as resolved. spoke to someone on live chat and they said they would keep the case open and it was changed to closed. so im kinda out of ideas on what to do, besides consider my loses and rebuy everything on steam since the staff team there are more helpful

4 months agoIf your EA Play subscription has expired, the games can be removed from your library. If you purchased the games through the EA app or have a physical copy with the game code, please make sure to provide that to the EA Help team so they can investigate this further.
