EA app wont load after update

So there apperently has been an update. As soon as i preess the button to agree to it, it does this, keeps saying background wont work and it is. And now I cant load the app at all. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and everything. And when i try to report the bug from the error report in the folder the one on the right pops up. Sims 4 has a weekly event i want to fill but I cant if i can even get the app to play to even run the game
