Games not showing in library

Started up app and only 1 game was showing in my library. I cleared the cache. Restarted. Multiple times. Mass Effect Legendary edition will not show in my owned games. I also got a pop up saying my EA play had expired. I've never subscribed the EA play. I'm so tired of issues with this app.
