Games not showing up in my EA library

its been 2 weeks since i had this problem in my EA app, every time i tried to play a game, the game itself wasn't in my library but today i found a temporarily fix with a vpn, in order to see all my library i have to turn it on and play with a vpn on otherwise the games would just disappear from the library. I even talked with a EA support for 30 min and told me they will look into it more and hopefully fix the issue 


I even provided a small VIDEO showing how the issue is fixed with a vpn
