Games will not launch from steam

Having an issue where games will not launch neither from steam nor the EA launcher. This is only for Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012, and previously burnout paradise. I had refunded burnout paradise ...

@xukaaa Been having this problem too and verifying the files on steam just now fixed it for me.
