Jepp, i tried app recovery, redownloading everything, verifying the games, updating my drivers, restarting my pc and all that, but nothing seems to work.
I have the same problem since about 3 days ago. My only game on EA app that I play is Battlefield 4, and it just suddenly doesn't work. :/
Stuck on the "Preparing game..." for a minute or two and then nothing happens.
I tried reinstalling both the game and the EA app but to no avail.
