hi, i suffer from the same problem like you on pvz Gw 1 and 2 + dragon age inquissition, other games work normally i still haven´t figured out what is going on, do you have any clue?

Nope, got ghosted after sending my Report ID and the problem is still there. Lots of people have the same problem and just cant get in touch with the Support team.. i have really no idea how EA runs a company like that.. sells will go down especially with their new BF title coming out
- @Vsbby tell me about it i just had like a hour long chat with one of the workers and nothing out of it, sent me three articles from which not a single one works
- @Vsbby i think about buying some of those games on steam which has not a slightest problems with support and with running their games XD

In the error report you submitted the game launches but immediately exits with a code 0x186a1 (100001). We've asked the game studio for help.
As a hunch, is it possible to try starting EA app in administrator mode? You would want to ensure EA app is not running in the task manager, and then start the app with a right click and run as administrator.

@Vsbby The game studio could not identify an actionable problem from your report. The games are launching from EA app, but then exit shortly after.
Can you also confirm the version of windows you are on? Your logs suggest (if I am interpreting them right) you are on a Windows 10 version about 2 years old.
Outside of my previous suggestion around trying to launch in admin mode, my next suggestion is to try a more recent version of Windows if you are not up to date.

Hi @jurascernas could you please reproduce the problem and then submit an error report, and share the ID here?
You can find the error reporter in the menus at the top left of the app.
