Nope, got ghosted after sending my Report ID and the problem is still there. Lots of people have the same problem and just cant get in touch with the Support team.. i have really no idea how EA runs a company like that.. sells will go down especially with their new BF title coming out

In the error report you submitted the game launches but immediately exits with a code 0x186a1 (100001). We've asked the game studio for help.
As a hunch, is it possible to try starting EA app in administrator mode? You would want to ensure EA app is not running in the task manager, and then start the app with a right click and run as administrator.

@Vsbby The game studio could not identify an actionable problem from your report. The games are launching from EA app, but then exit shortly after.
Can you also confirm the version of windows you are on? Your logs suggest (if I am interpreting them right) you are on a Windows 10 version about 2 years old.
Outside of my previous suggestion around trying to launch in admin mode, my next suggestion is to try a more recent version of Windows if you are not up to date.
i tried to run it on administrator mode but still wouldnt work! Could it be a windows problem? I kinda want to wait until im forced to use windows 11 since its not that great
- SansGelatine@Vsbby unfortunately, the best suggestion I have is to try Windows 11. We see lower errors on that operating system overall.
That doesn't mean it will solve your issue. The game is launching and exiting shortly afterwards, but we do not have insights into what is happening.
