Get To Work issue

I bought a code for get to work and redeemed it but id didnt work? First time round i put it in and clicked redeem but then the tab just went away and when i checked it said i didnt have it. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it said its already been redeemed. The code is under a different email but it think its linked to my user i will check. Is there any way to fix this?
