Getting "There's a problem with your download" when trying to install WRC 24

Unsure if you're still having this issue, but I found a fix. After a little research I figured out that it was mostly people with two active memberships that were having this problem (eg. EA play via EA directly & via gamepass at the same time) I contacted support to end my original membership immediately rather than waiting for it to expire, leaving my gamepass membership active, and the game installed fine instantly.
