Help with Accessing Expansion Packs Purchased In Person

Good afternoon, To Whom It May Concern, 

I have not played on my account since EA removed the Origin app. Previously, I had both The Sims 4 and The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack downloaded. However, when I signed back into my account recently, only Sims 4 is being recognized as purchased in my history. Do you all know how I can get my expansion pack back without purchasing it? I still have the disc, but I have a Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
