access issue with my EA account

I am experiencing an access issue with my EA account and require your assistance.

 

The registered email address for my EA account, which is linked to my Steam account, has been disabled under Family Link, and I no longer have access to this email address. As a result, I am unable to log into my account or receive verification codes.

 

My request is as follows:

 

- To update my account's email address with a new email address I can access, or

- To remove the current EA account's Steam link and perform the necessary steps to allow me to link a new EA account

 

To verify that the account belongs to me, I can provide the following information:

 

- EA ID / Username:manufan1878

- My date of birth (as registered on the account):01.03.2011

- My Steam username:denizemre37 

- Some of the EA games I have played on the account:FIFA 23 FC 24 FC 25 FC 26 BF1
