How do I get rid of the EA app popup on Mac?

I have seen some fixes for windows but none for mac. Can someone please help, how do I get rid of the popup for the EA app?

The EA app deleted all saves and I can’t use it so I really want to keep using origin

EA App and Origin do not delete saves, iCloud is the most likely culprit https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mac/READ-FIRST-Saves-CC-Mods-or-Library-items-disappeared-iCloud/m-p/10242133

You cannot go back to Origin if you have migrated to EA App but you can read the opening post in that link above and if you have further problems locating saves please post in the Sims 4 Mac Tech forum here which is better suited for this kind of problem https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mac/bd-p/The-Sims-Mac
