    At the top left of the EA app screen there is a menu button that looks like three bars or dashes, click that and then Go Online. If the issue remains, try rebooting your PC and router before retrying. Thanks.

    Hi, thank you! Yes, I tried this, and the same error kept coming back over and over. I just gave up and haven’t played since ☹️
