I cant connect to ea advisors

i cant create a chat with ea advisors, it shows Estimated wait time: 2 minutes, but ive been waiting about 3 hours and nothing, timer or chat is not working. It shows 2 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 5 minutes and again 20 minutes
