I can't link my EA account ton my Playstation account.

I downloaded Apex Legends to play on my Playstation but when I first launched it, and tryed to connect my EA account, it said it was already linked to another PS account, so I went to my EA account on internet to dissociate it from that PS one, but even after weeks since I did it, it still says that I'm already connected to a PS account.

I tried to create a new account, but it keeps saying there's an error and that I can't connect.

Please help.

    Hey Doripuro_E​,

    There is a cooldown before a new account can be linked in certain situations, generally depending on how long ago the prior account was linked. Please see the article below for more details on unlinking and some steps that can be taken for various situations.
