I have tried to use mobile data ,yet the same problem is still exists. So waht do I do

EC:10001 is typically attributed to a routing issue between your home network and EA's servers. Because the error is ISP-related, you'll want to contact your ISP and report that certain services aren't correctly authenticated from your public IP to fix this long-term.
