Sorry to hear that EA App hasn't been launching properly.
EC:10001 is typically attributed to a routing issue between your home network and EA's servers. Because the error is ISP-related, you'll want to contact your ISP and report that certain services aren't correctly authenticated from your public IP to fix this long-term.
If you haven't already, please try clearing the cache and using another network to sign in. Let us know if you've already tried that, or if you haven't and doing so worked. Thanks!
