I dont get all my games in squadbattels

I only get about 4 - 7 games a week then it says 12/12 so i need help this has caused me problems for months highest rank i can get is gold 1 and if i hadd 5 games plus the 7 i only get i could get around elite 2 can you help me plis or am gonna need a refund of the game?!
