Unable to connect due to “high volume traffic”

Was my first game on rivals and not even 5 minutes to the game I get kicked out, then Try ti load back in and it says this 

what is even going on in EA? Do they just sit in their chairs finger blasting themselves instead of actually working on the game ? 

honestly a joke of a game at this point
