@ukr.net is my email provider. This is the Ukrainian email service.
Additionally, I provide a response from the mail service administrator:
— "To analyze the reason why the letter was not delivered to the mailbox, we ask you to request the following information from the administration/support of the service (site) from which you did not receive the letter: "Please provide: 1. A fragment of the SMTP session log with data on the delivery of the specified letter; 2. The IP address of the mail (sending) server." -- Sincerely, User Support @UKR.NET"
In the telephone conversation, the answer was also received that it does not block anything from EA. And for accurate information they need the information described above.
