I don't receive a verification email

Hello, I got logged out of my actual account (where all my Games are) and the ea app says that I need to log in again. My E-Mail Adress and my Passwort are correct, but I don't receive a verification email.

Support doesn't answer and i don't get in a live chat with an employee.

Does anyone have an idea how I can get into my account?

It's kinda weird that i got an E-Mail for my new Case, but the e-mail with the code doesn't arrive.

I couldn't add a second e-mail oder my cellphone number, because i needed the code...

(This is just a second account i tried and here I got an verification email...)
