I got charged $60 AUD twice plus 2 international transaction fees

I bought 2 Sims 4 packs yesterday during a sale in one transaction. It didn't seem to process that I bought them the first time, so I redid the thing again and received them. It charged me $60AUD twice plus two international transaction fees. One of the fees was $1.62 AUD, and the other was $1.80 AUD. Is there a way for me to be refunded the $60 AUD?
