I have tried everything and nothing works

Hi everyone, like the title mentions, I have tried everything, and nothing seems to be working. There is nothing online that covers my issue.... I would really love to play my game soon.... any tips, advice, or YouTube tutorials are welcome. I am a Mac user...please, help
