Multiple EA Games go to Activation Screen on Launch

Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, Dragon Age 2 go to activation screen when attempting to launch.  Won't accept credentials or keys.  None of the steps above worked. Mass Effect, DAI and DAO launch.  I suspect because I haven't tried to repair or reinstall them.  It seems that since the Origins server appears to have been shut down in April, games can't find server to validate credentials or keys.

    The servers that validate access are different from the game servers and will never shut down.
    The servers for Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3 are still online btw. 

    • Close EA app and Steam completely. (not just minimized in the tray.)
    •  Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box..
    •  Enter or copy and paste: "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (Without the quotes) > hit ENTER.
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test.

    This fixed ME3 and DA2 but ME2 gets the Game Failed to Launch, an error on our end... message

    Did a repair, same message.  Uninstalled and reinstalled still got same message.

    This one might be complicated because it is hard to pinpoint the actual error. 
    Do they happen to have another EA account you cloud try, or a friend you trust to log in and download the game on a different machine and launch it? (Change the Password of your EA account afterwards.)
