I want to get back the games I bought from Origin.

I bought The Sims 4 from Origin, but when I moved the game to the EA app, everything disappeared. How can I fix this? [Deleted screenshots as they showed your email address - CM]

    Hey @boboatz,

    It sounds like you might be logging in with the wrong account, as Origin and the EA app pull their data from the same place. Do you remember making any other EA accounts in the past?
