I would request my win back

There has been a certain issue with your game and it has sadly effected my fut champs it said I have lost connection and it removed me from your game mode of ultimate and my fut champs match which proceeded to not give me my win yet took a game if it is possible may I please have because it would of got me 7 wins for fut champs
