Randomly getting kicked out of games

Whenever I am playing ultimate team, could be every second game, might not happen at all one day or even every game, my gameplay freezes and then kicks me out saying I lost my connection. My connection to my room isn't the best but it's been the same for multiple years without change and this is the first fifa I am experiencing this on. And it isnt my internet cutting out because my pc is connected to the same line and the internet doesnt appear to disconnect, nor do any indicators on my playstation show I disconnected either. So i need help to fix this issue, whatever it is, as I cannot have a gaming session where I can play the game and not disconnect every game
