Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

Click the 3 bars in the EA App then click Go Offline.

@jpkarlsen That option does not exist when you find yourself suddenly offline. Then you just met with a login window and a note about no internet connection. You can only go offline when you're actually online. Such is the logic of EA.
