Inaccessible pack after factory reset

Hi, I am having a bit of trouble, hoping someone here can help! I had to reset my computer to factory settings. After doing that, my Get to Work pack which I have been playing on my Mac for a long time, did not download. It shows in my EA app as owned but does not give me the option to install and says “available on windows only”. When I try to load a game, it says that the get to work pack is required for the save files, so I don’t want to load anything and lose my progress.

I spoke to EA support and they gave some conflicting information and ultimately told me to ask the forums  but I did play years ago for a few months on my husbands PC where he had Xbox gamepass. EA support was under the impression that I somehow got the pack through gamepass but they said I can’t download it onto Mac via gamepass (even though I’ve had it for a long time on my mac). I wonder if maybe I had gotten it via gamepass when I used to play on my husbands PC and then it got transferred to my Mac somehow when I did the switch, but the factory reset messed everything up? Not sure what to think… if anyone has an idea of what to try that would be awesome. Thanks!
