Description of the Issue:

I am completely unable to download or update FC Mobile from the Google Play Store. The storefront displays an error stating that my "device isn't compatible with this version."

My hardware completely meets the official minimum specifications published by EA (it runs a MediaTek Helio G85 processor and has 4GB of RAM). This appears to be a server-side whitelisting omission in the Google Play manifest following recent software updates. Please update the server-side compatibility list so Galaxy A06 users can download the game.

I am experiencing an update and compatibility issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile on my OPPO A18.

Device information:

• Device: OPPO A18
• - Chipset: MediaTek Helio G85

- GPU: Mali-G52 MC2

- RAM: 4 GB

- Android: 15

- ColorOS: 15.0

- Google Play Protect: Device is certified

Note: My device uses the Mali-G52 MC2 dual-core version, which is not included in EA's blacklisted GPU list, unlike the MC1 variant.

Game information:

- Currently installed version: 27.0.04

- Latest version shown on Google Play Store: 28.0.01

- Latest version date shown on Google Play Store: September 16, 2026

When I launch FC Mobile, I receive the following message:

“UPDATE REQUIRED: An update is required to play this game. Please download the latest version.”

However, Google Play Store does not provide an “Update” button. It only shows “Uninstall” and “Play.” Google Play Store also displays a message saying that the latest version will not work on my device.

I have already tried the following:

- Restarting my device

- Checking for Android and ColorOS updates

- Confirming that Google Play Protect shows my device as certified

- Clearing the Google Play Store cache

- Uninstalling and reinstalling FC Mobile

After reinstalling the game, it still installs version 27.0.04 instead of 28.0.01.

My device appears to meet the stated minimum requirements for FC Mobile, and the GPU in my device is the Mali-G52 MC2, not the MC1 variant.

Could you please investigate whether this is an incorrect Google Play compatibility detection or an issue with the rollout of FC Mobile 28.0.01 for OPPO A18 devices?

Please also confirm whether the OPPO A18 with the Mali-G52 MC2 is officially supported by FC Mobile 28.0.01 and whether there is an official solution to receive the latest version.

Playstore says FC MOBILE is no longer compatible with my Oppo A58 5G. Please I really love this game and make purchases from time to time. Can you guys fix this ASAP 😭

my phone was compatible from fifa 2023 to FC mobile 26 when the update FC 27 

Fc i have been playing this game before the 1st anniversary now today when the app got updated it said that this app is no longer compatible with my device 😑 . What to do now ?..Pls help

I already disabled RAM Expansion to 4.0GB only, restarted, reinstalled from Play Store, still same error. This is a bug affecting many OPPO A18/A38 users after update.

I CAN'T UPDATE THE FC MOBILE 27 BECAUSE WHEN I GO TO PLAY STORE IT SAYS THAT "YOUR DEVICE ISN'T COMPATIBLE FOR THIS VERSION

If you are having issues check your device against the mobile system requirements you can also scroll down to see a list of devices incompatible with EA FC mobile 27 

If your device has the hardware capable of handling the latest update then it should only be a matter of time before EA remove the block in place on Google play store

My realme 5 is no longer showing EA SPORTS FC Mobile in the Google Play Store. I would like to know why my device is considered incompatible with the latest version.

My device meets the published basic requirements:

Device: realme 5 (RMX1911)

Android version: Android 10

Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 665

RAM: 4 GB

Storage: 64 GB (around 10.7 GB free)

Google Play Protect: Device is certified

The device is running Android 10, which is above the stated minimum Android 7 requirement. The Snapdragon 665 uses Adreno 610, which does not appear in the listed unsupported GPU models.

FC Mobile is not appearing in my Google Play Store search, so I cannot install/update the latest version.

Could you please confirm whether the realme 5 (RMX1911) was intentionally removed from the supported-device list, or whether this is a compatibility/listing error?
