Installing game stuck at Preparing 76% and freezes the PC

I want to install EA FC 25 in the ea app however it is impossible to do so since the installing process stops at 76% and doesnt move any further.

Whats really concering is that at the same time it is impossible to use any other programm off myPC since new tasks dont open. I cant even close the EA app anymore not even in the taskmanger it works and i have to restart my PC in order to use it normal again. My PC has never done that before before and everything else works totally fine, i even tested installing a different game through steam on the same harddrive and it works just perfectly fine. I also delete the ea app cache and reinstlled the whole app completly fresh. Doesnt fix any of this sadly. I need a solution please.
