Is EA support chat broken or nonfunctional? Need specific webbrowser?

I tried the support chat as i got a double charge from ea storebought dlc, but there is no answers, no chatwindow. Only a waiting time estimate and then nothing happens. There is now two tickets opened but as i reopen them nothing happens when i press the button and it just advise me to go to my tickets. A proper bootloop.

I have turned on popups and other things and i run firefox. Never been in this situation with a company before as there is no write in section or option only a nonfunctional chat.

Any advise on techical details on how to interact with EA chat?

I've been having this issue since 6 months and I'm locked out of my account 😅

Sorry to hear that! Funny that a store has a non functional way to contact them. I really thought that buying from a official store would work, but i guess i should have learned from my issues with samsung store(however samsung actually fixed everything in the end but it was a struggle) Possibly that a 7$ extra payment to EA i the EA shareholder gains....

Note to myself is to use any other store than EA's own store i guess. I should have bought the dlc's on the winter sale from Steam...

That doesnt even fix the problem for me, I bought the stuff from steam and my account got somehow deactivated, so now I can't relink my steam account and I basically locked out from any (past and future) EA game
