Issues with starting the game after changing countries

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue trying to start my game after moving countries. I’ve also had to change the country in App Store and that’s when the game just wouldn’t work anymore.

I’ve contacted EA Support and tried the below:

• uninstalling and installing the game
• changing country settings in the app
• changing language settings in the app
• clearing app’s cache
• creating new admin account on Mac and installing EA app

Unfortunately, nothing is working. I’ve attached the screenshot.
