ITS not working

i love the ea app but ever time i clik the app its tells me to put my user name an. loge in and then when i am it says something went wrong the Ea APP ENUNTERED A UNKNOW error. tryagain a bit later Error code Ec:106 like i did ever thing to fix it i restarted and every thing 

crashing

    Hi there, 

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to launch and log in on the EA app. This error usually happens when it fails to connect to the servers. I will leave some steps below that you can try. Please give them a try and let us know how that goes:

    • Run the EA app as administrator
    • Clear the EA app's cache
    • Disable any VPNs and check if the EA app is allowed in your Antivirus/Firewall
