I'm sorry to hear you're unable to launch and log in on the EA app. This error usually happens when it fails to connect to the servers. I will leave some steps below that you can try. Please give them a try and let us know how that goes:
- Run the EA app as administrator
- Clear the EA app's cache
- Disable any VPNs and check if the EA app is allowed in your Antivirus/Firewall
