Jedi Survivor can not be downloaded in the App. Require assistance.

Hi, I have issue with the EA APP.

I have EA PLAY with Microsoft GAME PASS.

I tried to download Jedi Survivor from the APP on the PC and it worked. Sadly I paused the download and turned off my PC. Launched again and I get the error as if it can not continue to download (I removed files and reinstalled EA APP completely, did App recovery by clearing cache) and it is still does not work even if I do App Recovery. I can see a blue DOWNLOAD button, but it does not want to download anything....

Except for Free To Play titles like Apex Legends. Apex Legends it download instantly, Jedi Survivor? Nope. NFS Unblound? also no.

Please help. Will provide technical documentation from CMD if requires so.

    Hey everyone,

    I'm closing this thread because it covered various errors in the EA app that aren't related and likely stem from different causes.

    If you're facing the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error, report it here with the requested data on page 1.

    For the "You don't have access" error, report it here with the requested data on page 1.

    If your EA app indicates a game has been removed from your library (see below), go here.

  • Same for me i just starting download the game then pause it to get some sleep when i wake up to finish the download it's not longer possible. I tried every fix on internet and still nothing happens, when error shows i get like 1/10 already downloaded error i think the same level i had when i turn off pc. 

    // I also have like 20159125951295% download bar at Game Pass when i first turn on pc 

  • Same here. Game won't download. I tried to uninstall the app, clear cache, etc. nothing. It fails after "preparing..."
