Jedi Survivor download restart

Hi there, yesterday I bought a copy of Jedi survivor and since than I have not been able to play since the download once it reach around 89% (I'm not sure about the % but will explain later) it simply restart all the download process.

I tried everything i found. Clearing cache, antivirus, restart, reinstall, reinstall without the ticks at the beginning for not retyping the password and the mail. Nothing changed.

I tried with an other game too, Medal of Honor: pacific Assault, since it was only 3gb and still nothing changed.

I don't know what to do now, feel a lot like i got scammed not by a random key shop, but from the main company that make their games and still can't do things right.

Before you ask, i have 170 gb of free space and it's an SSD, but i tried on an HDD too and nothing changed for both games.

Hope to get some answers

Edit: today i tried with the Sims 4 all day too. Nothing changed, all day endlesly downloading.

         I'm also using a cable connection and is pretty standard (80 Mbps)
