Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I had to update my game to open it, and when I did only 1 of my packs will show up in my add-ons. I tried repairing, clearing the cache, and restarting my computer. I can't repair 3 of the packs because they won't even show up as purchased? But they're in my download queue and show as installed back in March, plus I literally paid for them. Really confused on this one.
