Keep getting EC:10005

Question

I’ve tried every trick I saw on the internet. I repaired the app, updated the app, cleared cache, troubleshooted internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I just can’t get the app to open it keeps saying the app failed to connect the serves and then I get the error code EC:10005 message.

Please I’d appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

Hey JessicaChituru​,
have you looked at the&nbsp;conversation in this other thread about this same error?
Also, to try to isolate the root cause, it might help to close all other background apps that could be causing a conflict and check if you get the same error using a different connection altogether.
