Key is redeemed but not visible in EA APP, but it is visible in the browser

I already reinstalled EA APP and run it as admin.

Is there anyone here that can help me with this problem?

In the attachment you can see that i own the game in the bowser: "https://help.ea.com/nl/help-home/"

But in the EA APP i cannot find BF2042 and therefor cannot install it.

Hi there. Are you logged into the same account in the EA App that redeemed the key for Battlefield 2042?

Yes, i redeemed the code in de EA APP. I have one account.

I'd like you to contact an advisor so they can look up the code that was used and find out which account it was redeemed on. Please follow the instructions here for opening a case. Thank you.
