Key is redeemed but not visible in EA APP, but it is visible in the browser

I already reinstalled EA APP and run it as admin. Is there anyone here that can help me with this problem? In the attachment you can see that i own the game in the bowser: "https://help.ea.com/nl...

Yes, i redeemed the code in de EA APP. I have one account.
