Library not shown, "Game preparing"

Dear EA, another day, another bug. Can you just let me play the game I payed money for? https://i.imgur.com/F9YSjZx.jpeg  If you can not provide a working launcher, can not provide customer support...

    EA, MY FRIENDS!!! I SOLVED IT!!!!! It's your "its Telekom's fault" server BS.

    Private wireguard host in france, your app works like a charm and I can see my library. With vanilla routing through Telekom, library is gone. What a shame EA. If you don't know whats up, look for Apex packet loss.

Hello EA!

- Cleared cache via app: No success

- Repaired with insatller: No success

- Uninstalled app, removed all EA*-Folders in User-Folder (Roaming, LocalLow, Local), installed app: No success

Whats next? Reinstall Windows? Buy a new PC? Is there a "EA App Stability DLC for 4,99$"?
