Licencing renewal Ec:204

I'm having issues with playing my sims 4 game offline after the EA app update, this is an old issue from what I've seen on the forum and I have followed all the prompts so that I can use the offline feature of my game. I don't want to update my game just yet because of the mods and CCs that need updating and organising. so I  cannot launch my game online just yet, can I have some help please. My other games are working fine and launch okay without needing a update.
