I was trying to make a purchase and chose the payment method by Klarna (that you offer, and I've chosen before) - but when I try to proceed to checkout, in the payment options it does not apear the Klarna option. I've tried to restart the app, logout/login and make reports but it still does not solve the issue.
Can anyone help?
Do you have a 'more options' button? If so, that is where the Klarna is located. At least for me. (belgium)
Yes, and before that's where I would normally find it... but now, even if I expand all the 'more options' the option for Klarna isn't there...
- You could try to purchase on the ea website instead.
- Use a 'one-time-card' by creating one in the klarna app on your phone (usually visa/mastercard) and use that card info with the creditcard option in the ea app.
I highly doubt it's due to location/region mismatch.
Some products might not be available with klarna.. but that is usually pre-orders or certain valuta/games.
If you have a payment due (pay later) or klarna has flagged your account as high risk, the option is hidden too. They check all real-time purchases.
There is also the option that a failed transaction in the past is causing it to be blocked for a while. If that is the case, you can contact EA support to reset that.
