Linking Ps4 acc with ea acc on pc

So i wanted to start playing Apex Legends again after a year of not touching it. I used to play on Ps4 and i recently got a new PC and wanted to play on it. But i cant remember nor do i have access to the old email of my Ps4 and ea acc that i used to play apex. PLS HELP

my old EA-ID is ChunQi-  this is the one i want to connect to my PC and continue to play on, on PC.
