How can I get in touch with Live help?

Hi, so I cannot seem to get in touch with EA support. My tickets are also not submitting and cannot see them in my cases on my profile, I only see the the first case I submitted a month ago for a refund request, and none of the cases I submitted are being updated to my profile.

    I'm also having a difficult time with the refund tool and just want to talk to someone about getting a refund. How can I contact a person to resolve this?

    What is the issue with the refund, did you follow the process as laid out in the help article I linked?

    yes, however the page never stop loading and it becomes unable to process the refund.

    They completely incompetent and uninterested in helping anyone.  I have experienced the same issue and its beyond frustrating. Something needs to be done in order to correct this lack of communication and care for the paying customer.  Take it to the media if necessary or anyone willing to hear this farse that EA has created

    So I actually meant that I was able to resolve the refund request, it is just that even after submitting a new ticket for another unrelated issue, the button to contact an advisor is greyed out, and when I click on my cases I do not see any of the new tickets I submitted that day.

    Hello, so I already had the refund processed, that was referencing an old ticket that was since resolved. I am trying to reach out on other issues, but after I click submit on my ticket, the "chat with us" button is greyed out and I cannot see the new tickets I submit when I click on my cases. I only see the closed ticket from a month ago or two.
