Login error to ea platform
When I log in to my EA account, the verification code does not come. There is a dot at the end of my email address, so it does not come. There must be a solution to this. [edit: email address removed] turkey

Hi there,
If you're having problems with verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:
- your inbox isn’t full
- you’ve checked the spam folder
- you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
- you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
- If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.
Keep your EA Account email address up to date so you can always get your codes.
If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
If none of the above works, please contact EA Help for further assistance.
